Samsung Electronics
For Samsung, we used a single source in the XML authoring and publishing environment to produce different versions of the same user manual. These versions allowed us to optimize the content for a wide range of browsers and operating systems.
We created PDF files using Structured FrameMaker.
Web Content
We converted the XML files into web help files that support full text searches, TOC navigation, index searches, and cross-browsing.
Mobile Content
We converted the XML files into reactive web files for mobile devices. These files support full text searches, TOC navigation, and index searches.
